MAC AND URBAN DECAY NEW LAUNCHES

 I am always so excited when spring and summer coming up as I know there will be so many exciting and beautiful make-up launches. 

MAC COSMETICS WASH & DRY COLLECTION - The one stands out here the most is Mac Studio Sculpt Defining Bronzing powder in shade Delicates. Knowing Mac always are in black colour and I am obsessed with this gorgeous colourful packaging:) There are 4 different bronzing powders in this collection: Golden Rinse, Delicates, Matte Bronze and Refined Golden. I was thinking long and hard which bronzing powder to get as some of them looking very similar and this one stood out the most personally for me. It is more on a goldie side and it is so beautiful! Mac colours sometimes can be quite intense, but this bronzing powder is so natural and this is exactly what I was looking for. I have to swirl my brush right into it to get a colour on my cheeks or contour area, but it is so so natural. I know I won't get over the top with this bronzer. Price is £25 which I think is quite pricey, but they are limited edition and always sold out so quickly.

URBAN DECAY AFTERGLOW 8 HOUR POWDER BLUSH - Again packaging is amazing, gunmetal compact features a see-through fishnet "UD". 12 blushers in total, gorgeous packaging and I love those funky names: Bittersweet, Bang, Quiver, Score, Obsessed, Quickie, Crush, Fetish, Video, Indecent, Kinky and Rapture. The one I have purchased is Fetish and Crush. Fetish is like natural day to day blusher and it would also look gorgeous on brides. Crush is a bright pink. Very blendable, finely milled formula goes on sheer and provides hours of wearable and streak-free colour. Some with a matte finish and others with a hint of shimmer. From pink to mauve to red-orange, there is something for everyone. They are soon pigmented and it will last you a long long time. Price £16.

URBAN DECAY ULTRA DEFINITON SKIN AND ULTRA DEFINITION POWDER FOUNDATION  - Lady by Urban Decay counter gave me these new samples to try out so I will report back to you once I have tried it. Meanwhile you can check it out in this link below.

 Here you can see Mac bronzing powder and Urban Decay blushers, bright pink shade called Crush and natural pink shade called Fetish. 

MAC HUGGABLE LIPCOLOUR - Huggable lip colour collection is out for a limited time only. It is a creamy formula, rich, glossy shine, glides on effortlessly and so moisturizing. I was so excited to see this lipstick range again. Previously I have purchased one like a nudie pinkie colour. Think it was first Mac lipstick I have finished completely, so yes, I absolutely loved it. Also my friends loved it too so finished even quicker:) 10 shades in total. The one I really wanted to get my hands on again called I'm in or Soft Talkin', but they were sold out already. I'm in is a pretty much the same shade I had before. I have purchased this time this coral pink shade in colour Bare Hug. It is perfect for the summer and with a lovely tan. Price £18.

MAC FALSE LASHES EXTREME BLACK MASCARA - I have received this sample mascara and was so excited to try out as I am such a mascara junkie. I tried and personally wasn't that impressed. Maybe because not as much product in this little sample packaging however it didn't deliver what I have expected it. It is a very rich black which I love. They say creates the illusion of lash extensions. I really wanted to like this mascara and I tried  to apply a few coats, but unfortunately didn't do it for me, also throughout the day I noticed that this mascara didn't hold the curl, but it might be different for you.

Makeup inspired by 2015's Colour Of The Year, MARSALA / Smudged eyeliner

Color authority Pantone revealed it's 2015 Color of the Year, a rich yet relatable hue known as MARSALA. Pantone described the color as "a naturally robust and earthy wine red". I absolutely love it, it's like rich red-brow-coppery! I can see already in beauty magazines, interior designs and few shops such as Sephora in USA sells already new marsala eyeliners, mascaras, lipsticks and eyeshadows. It's beautiful colour although I think you have to be careful how to apply as sometimes these colors can look like bit ill eye if that makes sense. I think if you mix with some red browns and some transition colours, such as light brown and dark brown then will look beautiful. To intensify the look apply black eyeliner and smudge it out. Ben Nye - DR-17 Red-Brown

Mac lip pencil - Bittersweet. Yes yes it is a lip pencil, but I have mentioned in my previous blog posts I use on the inner waterline. It does wonders, your eyes just 'pop'

Rimmel  - black kohl pencil. I do the messy line very close to the lash line and then smudge it out. Therefore I am achieving that soft line finish instead of sharp line. 

Seems a lot of eyeshadows, but it is all about blending those colors and define your eyes. Of course you can use one or two eyeshadows and will look as beautiful, but I love to experiment.
