Full of antioxidants. Avocado oil contains high amount of protein and unsaturated fats. Also this oil facilitates the healing of wounds and burns to the skin. So overall it's all good for you but make sure you are not allergic to it. 100% natural Grape Seed oil. Controlling moisture of the skin. You can use oil internally and externally but these particular ones for external use. Grapeseed has anti inflammatory properties for which it can provide relief against pain and swelling. Coconut oil. Coconut oil I think is so versatile. Coconut oil has got many health, skin and cooking uses. Used to moisturise skin and remove makeup. I also use for my dry skin and conditioning my hair. You can apply a small amount on cheekbones over makeup. Facial scrub if you combine with Himalayan crystal salt and apply over face and wash it off or body scrub combinining with sugar. Also can use for lips as a lip balm or apply on stretch marks.
